In this one-hour session, held exclusively at the East London studio (The Sanctuary), I begin with a guided meditation to help you relax and center your mind. This prepares you for the healing process, allowing the sound vibrations to penetrate deeply. Following the sound healing, Reiki is applied to further enhance the flow of energy, ensuring a complete and comprehensive healing experience.
The combination of these two therapies is more than just the sum of its parts. The meditation prepares the body and mind, the sound healing releases tension and promotes relaxation, and Reiki reinforces this healing by aligning and balancing your energy field.
