Each Reiki session begins with a phone consultation to understand the client’s individual needs and intentions, ensuring that the experience is tailored to support their personal journey. During the session, Cass may use oracle cards at the beginning or end to offer additional insight, as well as crystals to help amplify the flow of the energy healing. Clients remain fully clothed and lie down comfortably while Cass gently places her hands either on or just above specific areas of the body to support the natural energy flow. Clients can choose whether they prefer a hands-on or hands-off approach, ensuring the session feels comfortable and aligned with their preferences.

This process promotes deep relaxation and healing. Many clients experience such calmness that they fall into a meditative state or even drift to sleep.
With Cass’s experience as a Reiki Master, she ensures that every session is a soothing and supportive experience, thoughtfully designed to align with each client’s unique goals and intentions.

Distance Reiki Healing
For distance Reiki session, Cass begins with a phone consultation to understand the client’s needs and intentions for the session. Remote sessions can be carried out either online via a video call or without connecting online, depending on the client’s preference.
On the day of the session, client will either connect with Cass through a video call, or receive a message 30 minutes beforehand as a gentle reminder to settle into a comfortable position.
The session can take place wherever the client feels most at ease, as long as it is in a quiet place.

Reiki works remotely by connecting through the quantum field, transcending time and physical distance. Energy is not limited by location, allowing Cass to channel Reiki energy to the client no matter where they are.
​
After the session, many clients experience deep relaxation and may even fall asleep. To ensure this peaceful state isn’t interrupted, Cass follows up first with a text message. If preferred, a follow-up conversation can take place immediately after the session or the following day, this is entirely optional and based on the client’s comfort.

Cass is a wonderful healer with a very natural ability to make you feel at ease and comfortable which for me as a newcomer to reiki was so effective.
